  • X-Rays, MRIs, and operative reports, if applicable, that you have available for the injured area.
  • Loose fitting clothing or clothing that is removable for access to the injured area.
  • Closed toed shoes.
  • Your first visit, the Evaluation, is an 1.5hrs long. The visits scheduled after your Evaluation, your follow ups, are an 1-1.5 hrs long.
  • Your visit is highly customized with your medical history, diagnosis, assessment and personal goals in mind. Your 1st visit is an extensive evaluation of the injured area.  After your evaluation, Dr. Starkey will discuss with you how many therapy visits will be needed based on your presentation and personal goals.
  • Yes, you will be provided with a program that will enable you to continue your progress and minimize risk of relapse/re-injury.
  • Yes, all your sessions are one-on-one and with the same therapist from the start to the end.
  • The state of Florida is a direct access state, which means you can be seen without a physician’s referral/prescription. 
  • ORC is considered out-of-network and practices outside of the insurance based model.
  • Orthopedic Rehabilitation is located on Hannibal Square and parallel parking is available along both sides of the street. There is also a public parking garage located between West Lyman Ave and South Pennsylvania Avenue. In addition, there is a parking lot available on the corner of South Pennsylvania Avenue and West New England.

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour advance notice. A less than 24 hour notice, will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service price.
